I belong to Daughters of the American Revolution as a very proud member. John's grave is currently being decorated once each year by me and Samuel Bryan Chapter of Beech Grove IND. A fitting memorial would be to have a drum from that shop placed in a plexiglas protective housing with a device to drum the drum in a way that might replicate what tune Private George played for General George Washington.
