eBay seller rbrtram60ni ( 120) is offering item no. 180449003321 described as follows:
I'm listing a wonderful period untouched Civil War Drum, that is all original including the heads of the drum. It does need a little TLC though. A little re-stringing would make it look alot nicer. It does have the maker's mark, that you can see through the peep-hole that I took a picture of. The maker is Charles C. Clapp, who was out of Boston Ma. He had contracts in 1861-1862 to supply several Massachusetts militia units with bugles and drum heads.

Here is a very nice mounted photograph, the mount measuring 11 x 14, the photo apx 7 1/2 x 9 1/2", only slight foxing on the photo and the mount, blind stamped on the bottom by the studio "Miller", and featuring between 60 and 70 men, most of whom look old enough in this early 1900s photo to be actual Civil War vets, almost all of them with the GAR insignia. This came from the life estate of a life-long collector, and is not identified at all, and is probably New York State.
