eBay seller daveaubert ( 4468) recently closed an auction on item no. 260544083281 at $430 for a drum described as follows:An original 1861-65 Civil War snare drum. There are no apparent markings. It measures approx. 13" tall x 17" across. The head is mounted unevenly. This item is from a collection of period US Civil War items that I have put togeather over the past several years aquired from many different sources.
